Salon treatments

Do I need a patch test?

All lash and brow treatments require a patch test at least 24 hours before any scheduled appointments. This must be booked in with the salon and with be conducted as part of your inital consultation appointment. The purpose of a patch test is to determine if you are allergic or not to the products used during your treatments and also for insurance purposes. Models on training courses also require patch tests at least 24 hours before the course date. This must be booked in with the salon and is the students responsibility to arrange. Without a patch test, treatments can not go ahead.

How do i prepare for my appointment?

We request that all clients having eyelash treatments arrive make up free without contact lenses. If you are attending a nail appointment for a new set, it is important to arrive with bare natural nails or make sure you have made us aware you require a removal before application so additional time can be added to your appointment. Please arrive on time for your appointment and be familiar with our late arrival policy in our terms & conditions.

Terms & Conditions

Cancellation Policy

Salon Treatments We require cancellation notice at least 24 hours before your treatment start time, to avoid a strict 50% appointment charge. Charges are to be paid in full before re-booking. If you fail to turn up to your appointment without any notice, the treatment must be paid in full, before re-booking. This policy is in place to give the salon enough time to re-allocate appointments to other clients. Training Course If you cannot attend the course, 14 days’ notice must be given, you can then be transferred to another course. The deposit will be transferred and will not be refunded. If you decide to cancel within the 14 days, you will lose your deposit. If you do not attend a course without any prior notice given (i.e. no show), you will still be liable for the full cost of the course that you have booked, and therefore will be invoiced for the balance that was due.

Late Arrival Policy

We will do our best to keep your arranged appointment, however we may have to shorten or change the appointment to ensure other clients for the day aren’t affected. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late there is a risk your appointment will have to be cancelled. If the appointment has to be re-arranged due to time shortage, 50% of the treatment cost for that day will be added onto your next appointment. Training Courses Please arrive 15 minutes before your course start time. All students must attend the full training day.
